Our Focus Area
Our work is concentrated across the North West of England, including coastal, urban and townโcentre locations where thoughtful regeneration can make a meaningful difference to local communities.
Our Portfolio
We specialise in transforming vacant, distressed or outdated buildings into highโquality homes and commercial spaces. Each scheme is carefully planned to enhance the surrounding area while delivering durable, modern spaces that stand the test of time.

Marton Drive Development Process
107 Marton Drive is a three-storey mixed-use asset comprising a premium commercial salon on the ground floor and a self-contained residential flat over the upper floors. It was acquired in a severely fire-damaged, long-vacant condition and stripped back to brick and a full refurbishment programme was undertaken.
Rose Terrace Preston (Coming Soon)
Located in the heart of Ashton-on-Ribble, Preston, 10 Rose Terrace is an exciting upcoming redevelopment project by North West Good Living. This substantial semi-detached period property spans approximately 2,960 sq. ft and forms part of a historic residential terrace dating between the 1800s and early 1900s.
Having remained vacant and fallen into significant disrepair over the last three to five years, the property is now set to undergo a sensitive and high-quality transformation led by a passionate local developer committed to investing back into the local community. The scheme will prioritise the use of local businesses, tradespeople and suppliers throughout the redevelopment process, creating a strong network of contributors united by a shared vision for quality housing in Preston. The development will carefully convert the building into thoughtfully designed residential accommodation, offering a mix of high-quality living spaces for both buyers and renters. Great emphasis will be placed on ensuring the redevelopment complements the surrounding environment and respects the character, structure and residential nature of the existing properties within the area. This project represents more than just the restoration of a building; it reflects a long-term commitment to community-led regeneration, sustainable local investment and creating homes that positively contribute to the future of the neighbourhood.
